As a Football Brand Strategist, I am an active part of the development, testing, and communication of the PROLEGGERA brand:

I test products in real match conditions — games, training sessions, and long-term wear. This allows the brand to receive direct, authentic feedback "from the pitch."
After years on the grass, I know the pain, pressure, and demands of top performance — and, most importantly, what players truly need.

I collaborate on design, construction, and product development — ensuring high standards, lightness, comfort, and durability.

I communicate with footballers, clubs, and the wider community — understanding what players expect from their equipment and translating that into the brand.

I represent the brand philosophy — honesty, quality, craftsmanship, and a performance-driven mindset.

About Me – Career and Experience

Martin Lukeš is regarded as one of the legends of Czech football. Born in Bruntál, he began his football journey in his hometown before joining the youth teams of FC Baník Ostrava at a young age.

He made his first-team debut for Baník in 1998 and went on to become a club icon. Aside from a short spell at SK Slavia Prague (2003–2004), he spent the majority of his professional career loyal to Baník and the Bazaly stadium.

Over more than fifteen years in the Czech top division, he played hundreds of matches, became team captain, and emerged as a leader both in the dressing room and on the pitch. He proved that football is about more than just talent — it is about character, commitment, and determination.

In addition, he earned caps for the Czech Republic national team, further confirming his qualities as a top-level player.
